Here you will be placed into a role with a property management company, Rendall and Rittner or Broadgate Estates, and will be involved in helping to manage the company’s property portfolio.
What is Property Management?
It’s about creating great places for people and businesses. Property Managers oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings, satisfying both property owners and occupiers, whilst preserving and at times increasing the property value.
What does the programme entail?
Two weeks of intensive training at ELBA
Specific Property Management training with modules on:
– An introduction to Property Management
– The Law and Property Management
– Customer Care and Complaint Handling
– Site visits
A six-month paid work placement at Broadgate Estates or Rendall and Rittner, where you will develop skills and experience for Residential and Commercial Property Management
What will I be doing on my placement?
On this placement, you will be assisting the Property Manager in the effective management of the property portfolio by providing support for day-to-day building operations. By the end of the placement, you will develop the skills and experience necessary to manage your own portfolio without direct supervision.
